Do you already have hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and want to take your skills to the next level? Join our Team as a Power Platform Maker (m/f/d) with a focus on Business Analysis. In this role, you’ll collaborate with business departments to analyze processes and build low-code solutions using Power Apps,
Power Automate, and Power BI. We especially welcome candidates who have explored the platform independently—through personal projects, academic work, or initial job experience—and who are eager to continue self-driven learning to stay ahead of the curve.
Job requirements
About the role
Analyze and document business processes in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain applications and automations using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Support the creation of dashboards and reports with Power BI.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Document requirements, test results, and lessons learned.
Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle—from kickoff to mockup creation and to the go-live.
Work in agile weekly sprints, with regular reviews and close team coordination.
Ensure that all projects and automations are designed to serve the best interests of the entire organization—which requires strong assertiveness and the ability to confidently advocate for effective solutions.
About you
Initial hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), gained through academic projects, internships, or personal initiatives.
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and data sources such as SharePoint, Excel, or Dataverse.
Interest in business processes and digital transformation.
Analytical thinking, structured working style, and team spirit.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
